Argue it with me if you want to but Malini is one of the most successful Indian celebrities out there. Put simply, she, without a doubt, an idol.
Quit the backtalk, I know everyone will always have those who dislike them but a small into the back story of Malini will leave you running into the pool of her fans.


For the sake of refresh, Hema Malini is an Indian actress, producer, director, writer, dancer, and politician, that was born into a Tamil Iyengar family on the 16th of October, 1948.
After leaving in the 11th standard to begin her career in acting, she played as a supporting artist in Idhu Sathiyam and also played the role of danseuse in Pandara Vanavasm in 1961. Her promotion began as the Bollywood Dream Girl after staring along with Raj Kapoor in Sapno Ka Saudagar.
In the year 1970, Malini took on various challenging roles like a young widow, a jealous woman with negative character, and more and eventually won a Filmfare Best Actress Award for starring opposite Dharmendra in the movie Seeta Aur Geeta.


After her marriage with Dharmendra in 1980, Malini made many films and various of which were commercially successful.
Sometimes what we just need is a break from everything external and that was what Hema Malini did and after her long break from the screen, she made a comeback in 2003 with Baghban and earned a Filmfare Best Actress Award nomination.


In 2004, Malini joined the BJP and served as a member of Parliament and then in the 2014 general elections, she won over others and was elected to the Lok Sabha.
Remember when I told you that she was an idol? Well, here’s proof. In 2000, Heme Malini won the fourth highest civilian honor award provided by the Indian government, and you know what that is?...... Padma Shri.
